What is the FIT* approach to training? FIT= ‘Functional Integrative Training’. It is a training method that wholistically integrates the physical, emotional, psychological and mindful aspects of the client's lives. These aspects are utilized to create a strength and conditioning program that is personally tailored to maximize the complete capacity of a client.
