"Luxembourg Personal Trainer Can Transform Your Body In 30 Days WITHOUT Ever Counting Calories, Crunches or Jogging"

Is there anything on the subject of fat loss that hasn't already been written?

The obvious answer is NO, we simply have too much information on the subject available to us, why should you be visiting this website and reading this article.

Well I believe this page will read in a very different way to all the "me-too" articles on fat-loss, health and fitness. My spin on the whole concept of having a healthy body will resonate much more with you.

Many people get themselves in to a real difficult state with their body. You've probably tried all the 'usual' methods for losing fat, but the numbers on the scales keep creeping up. You are constantly tring to make excuses for yourself, of why you can't do this nutrition stuff and can't fit in the training routines. You also hide the fact you hold too much weight with some carefully chosen clothing.

But now you have reached a point where somethings got to be done about it!

I can thoroughly appreciate your frustrations, having been an overwight and very unfit IT professional in a past life. Five years ago I was in a similar situtation where I was confused and over-whelmed with the sheer quantity of information that is out there on the subject of fat loss.

I have since learned to ignore 99% of the information and take a look at it from a different perspective.

You see I will not be talking about:

Jogging For Fat loss Is A Waste Of TimeJogging: You may have heard about the fat-burning-zone, or theories about fat loss occurring only at a certain intensity of cardio activity. I have uncovered more than enough evidence and practical proof to show why we must NEVER go jogging if fat loss is your goal.

Crunches: This is the most over-used and utterly useless exercise for fat loss. Doing crunches is simply wasting the your limited and valuable training time. There are very few training programs we have prescribed over the alst 5 years that have included a crunch exercise, they really do not belong in MOST peoples training routines! Crunches For Belly Fat

Lettuce DietDiets: In the traditional sense of severe caloric restriction, diets may not be the most effective fat loss method for 99% of people.

Quick-fix Solutions: Whilst it seems the fat loss industry is clamoring for the ultimately quick fix (which is undeniably very appealing), I know from talking with my clients over the years that you really want long term, sustainable solutions that don't come back to bite you.

The problem with all these methods is you have probably tried at least one of them in the past and been frustrated at the outcome, which is why I would like to present a completely different approach that will probably make more sense to you.

It is likely you have got yourself in to a frenzy trying to lose weight and the fat from your waist line, you've probably picked at the latest fad diet or simply going back to the old school methods like jogging and those crunches. Each time you've fallen short of your goals, getting more and more confused and angry at each attempt.

But I'm Too Busy!

There is another group of people who desperately want to lose the fat, but their lives are a crazy mix of work, family and social committments that make an exercise regime almost impossible to fit in. Maybe this is you? You are currently in a position that your declining health and expanding waist means you MUST do something about this.

You know that something in your current lifestyle has to be sacrificed in order to fix your problem, before you go any further, you know that this is right?

The whole sticking plaster/band aid approach to your health and fitness will not cut it. You know the supplement programs, the shiney exercise machines and the weird fad diets thrown on top of a broken body and faulty lifestyle choices will simply not work long term!

The approach I prefer to preach is not complex, it doesn't require you to invest half your waking life to make it work. BUT it does require effort, it does need you to have an open mind and a willingness to let go of your preconceived ideas of what will and will not work. The idea is to simplify the whole thing down to some simple principles I call the GetFit Fundamentals:

Goal Achievement StrategyFundamental #1: Goal Acheivement Strategy

Having written goals is only the starting point, it is essential for you to take ACTION on your goals in order to achieve them. Simply having a daily plan of what you are going to do that day to take you forward is all that is required, but amazingly few people actually do this.

GetFit AssessmentFundamental #2: Assessment and Continuous Evaluation

Establishing some base measures and developing a habit of regualarly comparing yourself against these measures.

This is NOT just a simple case of weighing yourself, but finding benchmarks that are more in line with your goals is key to making consistent progressed. As one of my mentors keeps reminding me, "If you not assessing, your guessing!". Our primary assessment tool is the Kinetic Chain Assessment where we look to address functional and postural imbalances and NOT "testing" you to see how much weight you can lift or running you on a treadmill till you pas out!

Form and FunctionFundamental #3: Form and Function

I appreciate why most people will look primarily at their physical form as the end result of their fitness plan. But as a coach I am just as interested in exercise programs that work to improve the functional ability of your body. Most people do not realise how important functional ability is for improving your physical form too.

Taking an interest in your structural integrity as well as a deeper neurological approach to your training will allow you to train in more safety, but more importantly longer and more intensly, allowing you to achieve your goals much quicker.

Nutritional ResponsibilityFundamental #4: Nutritional Responsibility

NEVER diet again, instead start taking responsibility for the food you are consuming. This is a subtle change for some people, and a massive turn around for others, either way, the principles of good nutritional habits are obvious and simple, the point is are you following these principles?

Our nutritional plans are built around eating REAL foods in REAL quantities, saving you from the famine and feast approach that so many of us fall in to the trap of. Whilst initially tough for many people, our program ultimately frees our clients from the stress of constant diets and beating off cravings!

Lifestyle AdaptationFundamental #5: Lifestyle Adaptation

Perhaps the most overlooked aspect of starting a training program. How is this all going to fit in to your life? Maybe we should look at it from a different perspective.

How is the rest of your life going to fit around you having optimal health and fitness?

Whilst I don't expect you to suddenly become a monk, abstaining from all the bad stuff once and for all, your training, and nutritional habits should become exactly that - HABITS. Pretty much the same as brushing your teeth and having a wash each morning, I do believe exercise should be PART of your life, and not just something stick on top of your existing habits... we've all tried this in the past and it simply doesn't work.

You May Not Be Ready For Personal Training!

Whilst I could spend the time trying to convince you that my personal training program with myself or one of the coaches in my team is how you can go about achieving your goals, I know that not everyone is ready or in a position to start training with us immediately.
